Atma Kriya Yoga is a series of simple, yet powerful meditation and yoga techniques that work deep within to transform your life into a living experience of Unconditional Love. This state, of always living with Unconditional Love, is called Self-Realisation. The name Atma Kriya Yoga comes from the Sanskrit language and means "to do all of your actions from the level of awareness of your Soul and to realise who you really are - Unconditional Love". It is universal, non-sectarian, and can be practiced by all, regardless of religion or path.
