We offer a range of delightful and diverse spiritual activities derived from the rich spectrum of Buddhist Traditions to engage you in the search for inner comfort and contentment, calm and composure, clarity and freedom.
We have prayers and puja, dharma dialogues and discussion, meditation classes and meditation retreat, readings and reflections, services to Sangha and society, and much more. For each categories you also have choices in terms of Teachers and Traditions.
Though most of these programs are mind based cultivation we also complement our wide menu from the ancient Buddhist path with contemporary creative and constructive body, heart and mind programs. The areas of body-works are given prominence under our Wellness Programs. You may say we offer a buffet of spiritual food for the mind, heart and body. Our philosophy for our programs are being inclusive, integrated and insightful.
Most of our activities are free or minimal in donation and are open to public. You may be a veteran or new to the path but we assure you abundance in learning and personal growth in our programs. We invite you to step right in.
