The body need more than just physical food - it need exercise. We encourage any form of exercise be it yoga or qigong, falunqong or line dance. Of course, these exercise helps more than just in physical fitness - it nurtures mindfulness, clarity and composure, qualities of the heart and mind.
We also advocate adoption of simple and regular exercise - exercise that is without brand or hype, but equally effective. It is so simple that we do not have any excuses not to do it, except for pure laziness.
On the other hand we also encourage other means, through the other senses, that is able to nurture fitness e.g., breathing technique. Our motivations in hosting fitness classes and sharing is not to build muscles or physique but to have fitness enough to lead a dynamic life. Often, these classes come along with a section on theory or education.
